Be part of decorating the city’s biggest horse in celebration of War Horse playing in the State Theatre this summer. Artist Amanda King is putting together a giant four-metre tall bamboo frame of a horse to go out the front of the Arts Centre for kids and families to decorate with their own flower creations. Thousands of decorations will cover the horse to create an eye-catching floral sculpture. Recycled materials are provided for the decorations.
