Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

This year the Melbourne International Comedy Festival features a stage version of the quirky tale, Alice In Wonderland. Based on the original story by Lewis Carroll, director James Wardlaw has children mad for Alice as they follow her down the rabbit hole. Encountering hookah-smoking caterpillars atop magic mushrooms, cats with floating heads and the notorious mad Hatter, your kids will be yelling “Off with his head!” for weeks. Already making its mark at the Melbourne Fringe Festival in 2012, this production is suitable for children of all ages.
