Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

The Mind, Body, Spirit festival is all about finding your inner peace and is full of opportunities to awaken your spirituality

Increase your knowledge on everything holistic by attending one of the many seminars that run throughout the weekend. These seminars will cover topics such as reiki, crystals, karma, past lives, spirit guides, tai chi, holistic medicine, astrology, clairvoyance and dream interpretation.

If you’re the type of person who always reads the last chapter of your book first, why not have a session with a psychic to discover how your life will turn out? (Although the people at Mind, Body, Spirit wish to remind you that the best psychic readings are measured by the guidance they provide rather than actual prophecy.)

The Soul Kitchen looks the goods if you want to learn how to prepare meals that nourish your body. Different cooking demonstrations take place all throughout the festival, with the aim to impart nutritional wisdom to you. It’s also the perfect opportunity to show off your healthy eating on Instagram.

Need some time to chill out and clear your mind? Head to a meditation centre, where free, guided sessions take place every hour. Or take the opportunity to practice some yoga and learn which positions can help any physical and emotional problems you may have.

Learn about holistic medicine such as acupuncture, herbal and complementary medicine, reflexology, chiropractic, reiki and chakra balancing. Try getting your aura photographed and read or get some nutritional advice on how to combat allergies.
