Time Out Melbourne

St. Kilda's first hot yoga studio is here! Grass Roots Yoga offers Moksha Hot Yoga, a lineage from Toronto, Canda, designed as part of a community of hot yoga studios committed to ethical, compassionate and environmentally conscious living. The studio is conscioentiously designed with renewable cork flooring and a ban on non-biodegradable plastic bottled water. Grass Roots also aims to act as an extension of the community, providing 'community' classes once a week where proceeds will go to local charities.

The studio offers a mix of hot yoga and power flow classes with yin yogas, Pilates, nutrition and massage services also on offer. Grass Roots Yoga is a green, clean studio where yoga is accessible regardless of age, level or mindset.
