Always dreamt of getting your downward dog on to hip-hop beats? The team at Yoga 213 have bought together yoga and music, in the belief that combining the two is bound to make anyone feel good and happy. The Hip Hop classes use Vinyasa Flow yoga, whereas the Chill and Yin classes employ Hatha yoga, set to easy reggae and folk songs. Once a week there will be a session where yogis can choose how much they pay for the class, with all profits going to BeyondBlue.
