Time Out Melbourne

They're one of Melbourne's largest yoga and pilates studios and they have Iyengar Yoga classes on Mondays, Vinyasa on Wednesdays, and beginners classes Friday mornings. Iyengar focuses on the structural alignment of the physical body through the development of asanas. Vinyasa is a fluid style of Hatha Yoga that will warm the blood and challenge you cardio-vascularly. Convenient location if you work in the city and they also do morning Pilates classes.
