The banks of the Yarra are getting multicultural this summer, with a melting pot of music and food lined up for every Sunday in February. The City of Yarra are teaming up with Multicultural Arts Victoria to bring a variety of dance and fun from Latin America to Mauritius.
Horn of Africa, Sun Feb 2
Ethiopian and Eritrean musicians and dancers are bringing the best of traditional and contemporary acts with Black Jesus Experience, Teame Contortion, Seble Dance and Anbessa Gebrehiwot & Bitsat Seyoum. There'll also be a one-off by the Westside Circus Performance ensemble, put together by youth living in the housing estates of Collingwood and Fitzroy.
