It’s that time of year. Brunswick, our bastion of diversity and eclecticism, once again plays host to the Brunswick Music Festival. The ever-massive Sydney Rd Street Party hits on the 4th of March, ushering in eleven days of traditional music and workshops. Expect the unexpected with international acts including Lou Bennett, Peter Rowan and Abigail Washburn as well as Melbourne classics and some independent up-and-comers. It’s a freaking buffet; go nuts and load up your plate with summer sounds.
Happening at these venues: Brunswick Town Hall, Mechanics Institute, Phoenix Public House, Lomond Hotel, Brunswick Library, Counihan Gallery
