He's funky, out of hiding, and coming to Australia

Nine years is a long time between royal visits, and for fans of falsetto-flecked funk, the wait is over. Notoriously reclusive Prince will squeal out hits like 'Purple Rain', 'Cream' and 'When Doves Cry' in the appropriately named Welcome 2 Australia tour. Best of all for a big-name gig like this, tickets start from a reasonable (for these days) $99.
