Jump on the band wagon and support the guys that support our live music industry!

There's a good chance if you have been involved in live music in Melbourne, be it going to a gig or playing a gig, Music Victoria affected you in some way. They're the movers, makers and shakers behind the likes of removing the link between violence and live music, aiding the negotiations with Virgin and Qantas to accommodate touring artists with better baggage allowance, and creating the 'Live at the G' project – which gave some of Victoria's most promising bands a chance to gain mass exposure.

To allow them to continue doing great work like this it's up to us to help them out. They're calling on punters and industry folk to show their support by becoming a member.

Clare Bowditch explains, "We love music, we believe in music, and we're here to advocate for the place of music in Victoria. Your membership allows Music Victoria to get out there and fight the good fight. Sound good? Then c'mon – jump on the bandwagon! For around the cost of a slab, please generously support Music Victoria, so we can support you."
