3CR is now in it's 36th year and they have been giving ordinary people a platform for as long as they have been running. However, a community radio station is in danger of going under if they do not have community help, and 3CR is purely funded from donations. Broadcasting each week to a wide range of people in over 20 languages, the station needs funds for admin staff, equipment upgrades, licence fees and monthly bills – the basics that any company needs to run smoothly.
