This defining portrait of an American icon will see Mary Wilson, founding member of the Supremes, celebrate the life and legacy of Lena Horne, Hollywood's first African-American screen star. Based on the biography Stormy Weather: The Lena Horne Project by James Gavin, the show will combine storytelling, live performance and rare audio/visual images. A part of the Melbourne Recital Centre's American Songbook series.
