Time Out Melbourne

Yes Chef!

This event has finished

It's the portrait exhibition you never knew you really needed to see. Sydney photographer Daniel Sponiar delves behind the aprons of the country's top chefs in this Melbourne Food and Wine Festival event, showcasing what drives and inspires some of Australia's most notable cooking legends. It is here, for example, that you will get to see Jacques Reymond resplendant in grease, propping a lean against his vintage motorbike – an arresting sight worth going for all on its own. With the likes of George Calombaris, Pete Evens and Guy Grossi baring their souls/hobbies, this exhibit will be the perfect detour from all the food-baby-inducing dishes at the festival.
