Already famed for its Dionysian oyster frenzies, the Albert Park Hotel is now turning its sights and knives on lobsters. They're planning a whole seafood bonanza where nippers will be served up every which way along with all of the other shellfish that your seafood-loving heart desires. We’re talking steamed lobster and scallion dumplings, crab and lobster salad, lobster bisque, blinis with lobster mousse and smoked salmon, and the lobster list goes on and on.

It wouldn’t be a palooza without a few sneaky drinks, so your ticket to the soiree will include a selection of beverages; Chandon, Little Creatures ales, Mr Pilkington’s cider and wine from Curly Flat, Mac Forbes, Leeuwin Estate and Dalzotto.
