Albert St Food and Wine is teaming up with Napoleone & Co for an evening all about pork. Four courses of it. This is definitely one for the swine-inclined, and who of such an inclination doesn't also love a cider? The dinner – part of a series of Sunday Soiree events that will be held fortnightly beginning in May – will see five different varieties of the quintessentially Melbourne Napoleone cider paired with chef Philippa Sibley's sure-to-be-mind-blowing pork dishes.
The first soiree (a duck dinner, paired with Paradigm Hill wines) sold out in a snap, so keep your eyes peeled for future festivities and book early – and quickly.
