Trust Vue de Monde to have a tea sommelier. For much, much less than the cost of a dinner at Vue, you can be informed and entertained by Sarah Cowell, Vue's resident guru of cha. She'll lead her class of eight students through the six different styles of tea: white, green, oolong, black, pu'erh, and yellow. (Don't worry, we hadn't heard of those last two either.) Fittingly, this workshop is held at Australia's only tea bar (Storm in a Teacup – an actual alcohol-serving bar as well).
