One the most talked-about chefs in Paris is coming to Melbourne for a guest appearance at Brooks of Melbourne. David Toutain’s style has been called “green futuristic cuisine” for the Avant-garde use of herbs, flowers and plants. Together with Nicolas Poelaert, Toutain will whip up an eight-course, wine-matched tasting menu for Brooks patrons over three special nights.
