So, they're holding a full day food-art event where you'll do a grazing tour of the edible flora at the Australian Garden, followed by an artist talkk by Janet Laurence on her exhibition, The Alchemical Garden of Desire. To finish the day, there'll be botanical booze and then a five course degustation by chef Douglas McMaster from Silo to show you our plants untapped potential.
