This is one of the few events in the Food & Wine festival that tells you to ‘BYO gumboots’. You’ll need ‘em, since you’ll be foraging for your own food down on the Mornington Peninsula. That’s right – you eat what you pick. Whatever you end up with is then whipped up into a feast by Lamaro’s chef Shaun Sheridan.
