What the fork is raw food? Well, it's a hell of a lot more compelling than a disassembled pile of uncooked vegetables. Come along to a workshop taught by Sadhana Kitchen’s Maz Pugoy and learn the secrets of making nutritious food delicious.

The class will introduce you to the principles of preparing some tasty meals sans heat and will end with a raw food 'cooking' demo you can feast on.
