A celebration of Greek food and culture will be on display at Prahran Market this month, with Greek food vendors handing out samples, giving cooking advice and generally showing off the best that Greek cuisine has to offer. Pop into Theo and Son’s between 11am and 1pm for a cooking demonstration and (most importantly) tasting of Mezze style slow baked octopus, and chase it with a complimentary shot of ouzo. Sweet Greek will be serving loukoumades (syrup dipped doughnuts!) between 11am and 2pm. Angelo from the Cheese Shop Deli is hosting a workshop and tasting between 2pm and 3pm at the Blanco Demonstration Kitchen.
