Learn the basics of pickling and preserving to make spiced plum jam, pear and vanilla bean jam, tomato kasundi, gentleman's relish, kimchi, Moroccan chilli jam, and piccalilli. Plus your ticket price includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea so you won't be in danger of eating all your creations before you get home.
