Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

Vegetarians, it's your lucky day -- your two lucky days, in fact. The Aylesbury is devoting two nights in May to a couple of veggie degustations.

Aylesbury's head chef Seth James, and Vue De Monde's Paulo Arlotta (an avowed vego who's worked at Joia – the only Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant in the world) will be trawling the local markets and farms to make their deconstructed shortcrust pastry pine mushroom tarts and black sesame paste pastas, which will be matched to locally-made biodynamic wine.

Bookings are essential. Five percent of all takings will be donated to the charity, Swags for Homeless.
