Burger Mary (aka food blogger Jess Pryles) likes her ribs. So much so that she’s an honorary Texan. So much so that she’s putting together a ball for all meat-eating, rib-loving, brisket-munching folk, Texas barbecue-style.
Expect ribs and plenty of 'em. There will be ribs in rubs, marinades, sauces as well as a whole lot of brisket – all things messy and dripping.
To get the desired smoky effect, they're using a rather large custom-built smoker called 'Jack the Ribber', and to get the desired energy, everything will be served with craft beers direct from the States.
They're also running a pop-up general store where you can stock up on rubs, marinades and sauces, and you better believe there'll be music. Sounds good y'all.
