Guy Grossi is teaming up with Sara Hinchey (aka the Truffle Hound) to present the Prince and the Pauper – the Simplicity of Truffles. The four-course menu designed by Grossi pairs Australian truffles (the Prince) with culinary staples such as potato and pasta (the Pauper). The evening includes a pre-dinner wine tasting to prep your tastebuds, and Hinchey will be on hand to impart her truffle knowledge throughout each course.
