Borrowing empty-on-Mondays restaurants, Scarf’s weekly seasonal dinners showcase not only fresh local produce, but also the talents of trainee hospo workers paired with mentors. A rotating cast of helpful venues plays host to the volunteer training programme, where mentors teach marginalised youth in hospitality.
Throughout the winter months, European restaurant Epocha are opening their doors to the Scarf team, allowing the trainees to fine-tune their hospitality skills and build their confidence in the industry. They will be serving a two-course meal for only $35, so you can support a great cause while getting a great feed.
