Eureka 89 are handing the pans over to Stefano de Pieri and Jim McDougall of Stefano’s in Mildura for a regional dinner showcase. The five-course meal will focus on Victorian produce from the Sunraysia region - the Mediterranean in the outback. Wild Cowel Lake yabby, Glenloth chicken and Rosedale kangaroo are all on the menu at this one-off dinner 300 metres above sea level at Eureka 89.
