The lauded owner and chef of Auckland's Cocoro restaurant, Makoto Tokuyama, is joining forces with Daniel Wilson and the Huxtable crew to prepare a seven course Japanese degustation for Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. Diners can expect a mix of contemporary and traditional Japanese gear matched with sake at a dinner that brings the best of the Asia Pacific region together for one night only.
