For the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival Mamasita is putting on a Mexican seafood and agave fiesta. The idea is that you will 'drink from the nectar of the native Mexican succulent, and eat from the ocean’s riches', feasting on food and drinks that are water born or water reliant to survive. We're talking water-based fruits and vegetables, seafood, water birds, tequila, mescal and agua fresca.
