Famed wine writer Max Allen will be hosting a wine tasting dinner at Syracuse Restaurant. Allen has selected five organic and bio-dynamic wines from Syracuse's 500-strong cellar that have been matched to each course. Treat your palate to a Domaine Sebastian Dampt chablis, an Evesham Wood Blanc du Puit sec, Clos Henri Clos pinot noir, Gateway Vineyard Mule shiraz and Serisen Estate Momento riesling while two spits of free-range suckling pig and slow-cooked lamb weigh down the table.
