Il Fornaio are having something of a love affair with fromage, employing the sisterly cheese-making duo Sabrina and Katia Capodoccio to make their cheeses in house from sweet fresh ricotta to washed rind taleggio. A licensed fromagerie. It’s the adult equivalent of a 'Fireworks, Puppy Dogs and Candy!' store and it really exists. You’ll find this rather excellent late night wine bar and specialist cheese shop on Fitzroy Street in St Kilda.
