Latest victory? I smashed the Jurassic Pork challenge at Essen, Sydney (1.6kg of pulled pork in a loaf of bread) in 16 minutes while chatting to some Weight Watchers IT managers.
General body maintenance? No specific regime. I take a multivitamin about three times a week, and I crave healthy foods. I once ate 12kg of watermelon in just over half an hour.
Before a challenge...I’ll have a very small breakfast consisting of liquids.
Wall of fame? I’m still the only person to finish the My Pho Bar, Jindalee Super Bowl in Brisbane. It’s five litres of broth, 1kg of meat and 1kg of noodles.
