This new food truck pumps out pimped out bagel burgers – so named for the fact that they’re rammed with salad and the likes of Cajun prawns, gilled haloumi, and spicy sausage, burger-styles. The truck is Ballarat based, but makes guest appearances in M town. Melbourne.

Aviv Bakery

It’s argued that if you want good bagels in this town you’ve gotta go south. It’s all elbows-at-dawn at this Jewish bakery, so grab yourself a baggie to go. Get a chocolate filled babka while you’re at it, y’hear? Elsternwick.
