Brasserie Bread

If you can't get to this rockin' South Melbourne bakery every day for a fresh loaf of loveliness, the good people at Brasserie Bread run workshops so you can learn how to make the good stuff in your own kitchen. On top of running classes for adults, they've got regular kids' classes too.

Be warned, if you go in on an empty stomach you will end up indulging in the all day breakfast menu or 'just a little something' from the patisserie counter.
