There's something about a restaurant still thriving in its third decade that says we know what we're doing. Cafe Di Stasio's no exception; it's a traditional Italian style restaurant not lacking in the modern luxuries, along with mood lighting and a few Bill Henson pieces. The menu boasts house-made pasta, Italian truffles, suckling pig, whole roast duck, and an awesome selection of vegetarian options served by friendly bow-tied waiters in white jackets - so yeah, they know what they're doing.
