Time Out Melbourne

This socially-minded restaurant trains Aboriginal youth in conjunction with Mission Australia, showing them how it's done in kitchen. Members of the program learn how to create dishes made from authentic, local Australian ingredients. Come for the charity, stay for the wallaby.
