Ermagerd. In news that will excite all local ice cream connoisseurs, Sydney’s crazily-popular ice cream architects from Gelato Messina have opened in Melbourne. Originating in Darlinghurst in 2002, the award-winning scoop shop has become Sydney's best place to get weird things built from frozen dairy (how about an anatomically accurate heart served with a syringe of blood-like raspberry sauce? Seriously.) The Melbourne store is opening in Fitzroy this November. If they can flavour and feeze it, they will. Colour us excited!
