Fusing the best of Spain, Italy, France and Greece, The European's specialities are Greek lamb with eggplant, feta and spring roll of braised shoulder, and cotoletta of free range pork with Italian coleslaw.

There's also the hearty seasonal mushroom risotto with truffle oil and a crème brulee to die for. Fresh shucked oysters, pate de foie gras or a simple serve of pomme frittes - the list goes on and all of it amazing and enhanced by impeccable service and knowledgable staff.

A stunning wine list makes this a much loved bistro in Melbourne.
