Great staff and one of the best coffees in the CBD but an atmosphere permeated by a manager or owner balling out his staff for all to hear and to top it off moving on customers because they are spending too much time sitting back enjoying the ambience of degraves and not lining his pockets. Not a place to patronize if your looking for a relaxing ambience and care about the treatment of staff. AVOID on principal.
