Melbourne is certainly going all-out the get cultured of late. In the past two months, we've had chefs turning hands to the lesser-known cuisines of Burma and Armenia and now here comes meaty, meaty Viva Brazil, delivering steaks, ribs, sausage and a boatload of seafood.
