Time Out Melbourne

A Vietnamese-Cantonese cooking class venue that moonlights in fusion takeaway. It’s owned by husband-and-wife team Wing La and Binh Lu who opened Footscray’s first-ever Vietnamese restaurant back in 1987. They’ll teach you all their secrets, from beef pho to dumplings and cupcake decoration. Eat in and pick up some sweet tips, or get that dumpling pizza to go and eat it by the Maribyrnong.
