Monsieur Thibautl Thregoni, purveyor of Truffe's fine chocolatey goodness, certainly knows his stuff. The Frenchman uses only the best of the best when it comes to sourcing the basic building blocks of his delicate delights. And he doesn't skimp with his hot chocolate either - no nasty cast-offs here. It's a silky, seductive classy affair with an ever so slightly bitter kick to it. Both naughty and classy in equal measure - just like the French.
