At Binh Minh the chow is cheap, and MSG stands for Mega Song Grandslam. If you want a power ballad with your pho, groups of ten can get a private room at no extra charge, banquets start at $19, it’s BYO and the karaoke is yours all niiight long for $20. Booyah! The decidedly un-stingey prawn rice paper rolls with sticky peanut sauce are the best things on a typical Victoria St pan-Asian menu, but who’s complaining when Bon Jovi’s at dinner?
