Ask a Coburg local where you can find the best falafel in town and you’re in for heated debate. But the ‘World’s Best Falafel’ from Middle Eastern Restaurant is a thing of wonder. For a measly five bucks, you have tahini, tabouli, pickle, flamingo-pink turnip, and heavenly falafel conveniently wrapped up for speedy consumption. This Coburg citizen [pictured] thoroughly enjoyed this photo opportunity: “I haven’t had one of these for at least 12 hours.” (Time Out would like to democratically note that Coburg’s Half Moon Cafe also makes a damn fine falafel.)
