Dined at Chinta Ria last week and fair to say we won't be back. We ordered the Parker’s Gems for an entree. The dish was oily and flavorless. The oil tasted stale and had an unpleasant flavour. We ordered the Sambal Prawns and Ayam Ria for our main course. The sauce wasn't bad, but the prawns appeared transparent, definitely frozen and had absolutely no flavour. The Ayam Ria was cold and appeared undercooked and there were virtually no vegetables other than a few slices of carrot. We ordered a side dish of the Mixed Vegetables, arriving almost twenty minutes after our mains, after inquiring with staff. We didn't stay for desert. When we received the bill we had been charged for an extra glass of wine and had to argue with the waiter to have it adjusted. Although it wasn't busy, tables were left uncleared and staff appeared disinterested. An Expensive lesson.
