The Manic Street Preachers appear at this free event for rugby enthusiasts

Rugby enthusiasts have the opportunity to be connected with fellow fanatics in the UK via a ‘hole in the world’, or interactive portal developed by Microsoft. The portal aims to put Wallabies fans in touch with British and Irish Lions fans in a showdown to determine which team has the best fans. Breakdancers, face-painters and a performance by the Manic Street Preachers are also on the agenda, as well as the chance to win yourself some rugby gear.

Thursday 27 rundown

6pm Michael Lynagh and Gareth Thomas lead a series of three challenges that test the support and devotion of fans from either side – including a rugby-themed dance-off by a troupe of break-dancers
