A twisted tale of raw, human emotional struggle

This event has finished

The first play by Oscar-winner John Patrick Shanley burst onto the scene in 1984 and tells the tale of two troubled, lonely souls who spill their hearts out over their beer in a rundown Bronx bar. Shanley, who also wrote and directed the film Doubt (featuring Meryl Streep and Philip Seymour Hoffman) brings them together in a bid to cast their emotional baggage aside and move forward in life and in love. British actor Leslie Simpson directs this wrenching love story for the Owl and the Pussycat.
