Based on the much-loved puppet-show episode in Don Quixote, Master Peter’s Puppet Show blurs the line between reality and fiction. Victorian Opera, in collaboration with pupeteers Black Hole Theatre push the concept of a show within a show one step further.
What Next? is the only opera written by two-time Pulitzer Prize winning composer Elliott Carter. The opera crackles with life and energy as it examines the lives of six people who regain consciousness after an accident.
