Dancehouse set out to test the proposition 'less is more' with the comission of four new solo works
Two young Swiss choreographers will be paired with two young Australian choreographers in a Dancehouse special event. Working with a minimalist precision, the four artists will seek to open the aesthetic and sensory possibility of the old adage, less is more.
Across two shared programs, Swiss artists Cindy Van Acker and Perrine Valli will join Australia’s Matthew Day and Sandra Parker to build a space of artistic exchange.
Presented as a part of the Melbourne Festival.
