Natalie Cursio's tribute to the resilience of the natural world in the face of human complacence and carelessness

This event has finished

Three bodies are placed against a dark background, existing in a state halfway between tension and release.

Cursio evokes a troubled landscape -- potential hostility, rich with small details. Drawing the audience's attention across a vast pattern of visual, aural and kinaesthetic provocations, she explores the capacity of animal life to persist, against the odds, and to adapt. Although survival is never guaranteed, hope for a re-imagined future emerges.
